PROPOSAL STUDY COMPARATIVE




Gunadarma University Major Accounting – Faculty of Economy
Jl. KH. Noer Ali, Kalimalang– Bekasi, Jawa Barat.






BACKGROUND
Every organization is different, whether the structure or the flow of work. As the major organization in Gunadarma University, Gunadarma University Major Accounting  - Economics has to give the good effect and more contributions to campus and Communication’s students. We may have some differences with the other organization, and we need to do improvisation and innovation to be learned in Economy. According to this situation, External Economics Division of UG Accounting would like to conduct a comparative study to the other organization in other university, in this chance is Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.
We consider that a comparative study is really needed because through this event, we can learn more about other organization in other university with the same field and get good references about Faculty of Economics each University, therefore we may improve ours and also to establish a good relationship with the university, therefore we can work together in the future. We choose Politeknik Negeri Jakarta as the university to compare because Politeknik Negeri Jakarta is a similar university like Gunadarma University which has great grade major of Accounting. Politeknik Negeri Jakarta has longer experience in organization and development of Faculty of Economics. 






OBJECTIVES

·         To establish a good relationship between Politeknik Negeri Jakarta and Gunadarma University
·         To compare the organization, the structure and flow of work between Politeknik Negeri Jakarta and Gunadarma University
·         To learn more about major association in Politeknik Negeri Jakarta
·         To make each members of both major associations become better by learn more and learn from each others.
·         To get references as much as possible about the learning system both of Gunadarma University and Politeknik Negeri Jakarta.
·         To get more knowledge about the development of Faculty of  Economics each university.
·         To maintain friendship between the members in each university, that will give benefits for both universities in the future.




EVENTS
Members of Gunadarma University Major Accounting (UG-ACC) will go to Depok to visit Politeknik Negeri Jakarta to meet their student major accounting faculty of  economics. In the event, there will be an exchanging stories and sharing to compare and learn more about their organization and Faculties, and also presentations about each organizations. In the end of the event, each organization will exchange souvenirs as the symbol of establishing a good relationship between us. Members of UG will go to Politeknik Negeri Jakarta at:

CLOSING
This study comparative event will be really useful for the Gunadarma University Major Accounting – Economics (UG-ACC) members to learn more about an organization and the development of Faculty Economics. This event is aimed to establish and build a strong relationship between Politeknik Negeri Jakarta and Gunadarma University. Having the same faculties for both universities, there will be some similar stories or problem-solving that could be shared to each others. Comparative study is aimed to give a bright idea for the members to know more about their organization, their roles, the structure, and their job description, to strengthen the members within the organization itself.
As the committee, we strongly suggest Gunadarma University to give support to us as the members of UG Accounting to learn and to compare from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta in making the new innovation and better change in many aspects, and also to establish a good and strong relationship to the other university. We are asking for your support in suggestion and approval in this event. Thank you for your attention and consideration.
